Description
Thermory's UK profile moulding gives a sauna interior its final, considered detail, covering the joints between cladding panels for a clean finish. Cut from thermo aspen, the timber is heat treated to reduce its moisture content, leaving it tough, rot resistant and free of resin even in the heat and humidity of a working sauna. The grain is straight and knot free, with a honey-brown colour and a pleasant, toasted scent that sit naturally alongside our thermo aspen cladding. Each pack contains five 2400 mm lengths in a 12 × 42 mm profile.

Wastage allowance
We recommend a wastage allowance of 15% for thermo aspen moulding. This covers cutting waste and any potential damage that can occur during transportation. Contact us if you are unsure how much you require for your sauna build, or to ask about different sizes and quantities.
Cutting service
We usually ship timber of up to 2400 mm lengths; beyond this, shipping costs increase significantly. If we do not stock your required length but have a longer one available, we can cut it down to size for a small fee. You still purchase the full length, and the off-cut is added to the pallet.
