Description
Our Solo Sauna Bundle gathers everything one person needs for an unhurried session. A Luhta Aalto sauna robe in grey, made from GOTS-certified organic cotton with a soft terry surface, looks after comfort before and after the heat, while the matching Aalto bench cover keeps the seat clean and comfortable and the Aalto bucket hat in the same organic terry cotton keeps your head cool on the top bench. A hand-tied linden whisk (vihta) adds a gentle, sweet-scented ritual, and Luhta's Tupa sauna oil drops lend the löyly the calm of a pine forest after rain. Please note the whisk is an end-of-line clearance item, perfectly suitable for use though not quite as fresh as our regular range.

Using the bundle
Lay the bench cover along the bench and wet the hat before you sit, re-soaking it between rounds to keep your head cool. Soak the whisk first in cold water for 30 minutes, then in warm water for a further five, and once your skin has warmed through, whisk gently, dipping it into cold water for cool, refreshing relief. Add a few of the Tupa drops to your bucket of water (the oil is concentrated and must always be diluted), then ladle over the hot stones. Wrap up in the robe as you cool down. A whisk is good for one or two uses before composting.
