Stelon Oy's Specialist Sauna Wood Cleaner keeps a home or commercial sauna clean, hygienic and looking its best. Working as both disinfectant and odour eliminator, it neutralises the bacteria that form on or in sauna timber and helps prevent discolouration, and it is safe on all sauna woods, including high-end thermo-woods, as well as tiles and flooring in the sauna and changing areas. The concentrate dilutes at four capfuls (50 ml) to five litres of water, so this 5 litre bottle can last a residential sauna several years, depending on use. It pairs naturally with Stelon Oy's Paraffin Oil Treatment, sold separately, which creates a protective surface that preserves the freshly cleaned wood.

How to clean your sauna
Dilute four capfuls (50 ml) of cleaner into five litres of water. Work the solution through the sauna room, making sure it reaches all the cracks, and scrub away dirt and stray wood fibres with a coarse sponge, ideally in small circles or spirals. Rinse off any excess and wipe down. After cleaning, run the sauna for one hour with the door, vents or windows open so it dries fully; it is then ready to use again.
Safety
