Description
This enamelled steel adaptor is the connecting pipe between a stove and its flue liner, chimney stack or twin wall flue system. Part of a single-skin connecting flue range, it is manufactured in zero carbon steel with a powder vitreous enamel coating in matt black, and suits gas, oil and solid fuel appliances at temperatures up to 600°C. The joints are a friction fit, so no sealing is required, and the pipe is designed to be cut to length where needed. It is for connection only: it must not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls, and should be kept at least 375 mm from combustible materials.

The adaptor is designed to be cut, but any exposed steel must be covered with high-temperature paint or it will rust over time. Appropriate PPE should be worn at all times when installing.
Maintenance
