Description
The Narvi NS Mini is a compact, wall-mounted electric sauna heater made in Finland, pairing the distinctive NS styling with excellent löyly qualities for its small size, with the 3 kW model suiting rooms of 2–3 m³ and the 3.6 kW model rooms of 2–4 m³. It holds up to 20 kg of stones, a generous amount for so small a heater, so water thrown on the stones produces soft steam rather than harsh radiated heat. Temperature and timing are set by dials that can be fitted to the left or right side of the unit, and Narvi’s 8.5 mm heating elements give a long service life with a low risk of overheating. The heater is supplied in a painted black finish and connects to a 230 V single-phase supply on a 16 A fuse; sauna stones are purchased separately.

Installation
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by a certified electrician, with the electricity supply isolated at the fuse panel before any work begins. Under IEC 60364-7-703 and BS 7671:2018 an electric sauna heater does not have to be connected through an RCD, and for reliable operation the manufacturer recommends that the heater supply is not run through one; other electrical devices in the sauna room should be RCD protected. A local point of isolation covering all live conductors is recommended. The installation manual in the Downloads tab and local wiring regulations must be followed.
Sauna stones
This heater requires up to 20 kg of sauna stones, purchased separately. We recommend 5–10 cm olivine diabase or vulcanite stones for the best performance.
Brand
Narvi Oy is a Finnish sauna heater manufacturer, and every Narvi heater is CE tested and carries the Finnish Key Flag symbol, awarded to products designed and made in Finland.
