Description
The Modern Black sauna door by Andres Glass Solutions is a top model with an angular contemporary design built using new manufacturing technology. An 8 mm tempered fluted glass leaf sits in a deep 92 mm finger-jointed black frame, closed by an elegant magnetic lock, with an integrated air vent to improve air exchange in the sauna. The door is built to the hinge side you choose, left or right, in two aperture sizes: 700 × 1900 mm (7 × 19) or 700 × 2000 mm (7 × 20). A threshold is included as standard and the door is supplied fully assembled.

Choosing your hinge side
Hinge side refers to the edge of the frame the door is hung from, and it determines which way the door swings open. Stand outside the sauna and look at the doorway: if you want the hinges on your right and the door opening towards your right, choose right hand hinging; if you want them on your left, choose left hand hinging. Please select carefully, as the door is built to the side you choose. It is worth checking your bench layout, heater position and the space around the doorway before you decide, and our team is happy to help if you are unsure.
Glass tolerance
All our sauna doors use high-quality toughened glass. A slight bow or deflection of up to 3 mm per metre is within UK manufacturing tolerances and does not affect the safety, performance or aesthetics of the door.
