The HUUM chimney set is designed for through the wall installations. 

The HUUM chimney set is designed for wood burning sauna heater installations that require the flue to go through the wall and then up. The chimney set is compatible with all HUUM wood burning sauna heaters.  

The set includes everything you need for a through the wall flue installation. You can find a technical drawing by clicking on the “Downloadable Files” tab above.  

*Please note that the HUUM sauna stove and flue must be installed by a chimney specialist.  

Included in the chimney set  

• Single-wall chimney (1m) 
• 90 degree single-wall elbow with cleaning hatch  
• Single-wall chimney (0.25m) 
• Double-wall welded chimney base 
• Double-wall chimney (0.5m) 
• Cover plate for wall (two parts) 
• 90 degree double-wall elbow 
• Double-wall pipe (1m) 
• Adjustable wall bracket (50-15- mm) 
• Chimney cap 

Connecting the sauna stove with the chimney flue 

• The sauna stove must be connected to the chimney by a specialist 
• Flue gas outlet is on the top of the sauna stove. The sauna stove is connected to the chimney flue with special flue pipes that may be caulked with heat-resistant sealing rope, when necessary 
• Curves of the elbows of the connection pipes must be smooth to minimize draught loss.  
• The pipe is inserted though the wall of the chimney and then sealed with mineral wool.  
• The flue gases of the stove must be directed into a separate flue. It is forbidden to use a common flue that is utilized with other furnaces.  

*As specified by HUUM, utilization of forced extract ventilation might cause problems with air exchange of the room and insufficiency of furnace combustion air; therefore, designing and constructing such ventilation systems is permitted only on the sole responsibility of a licensed specialist.
