How it all works

Schedule a call with your sauna specialist to discuss your space, wellness goals, and design preferences. We'll share reference images and examples to help visualize your bespoke sauna. If you'd like custom technical drawings for your project, these are available as an optional upgrade.

2. Approve & Order

When you're happy with the specification, choose your preferred package – full design & materials service with custom plans, or materials-only supply. We'll provide a detailed quote breaking down exactly what's included in your chosen package.

3. Delivery

Whether you choose to have bespoke drawings tailored to your space, or materials-only supply, our team are on hand to provide you with our extensive guides and advice. From timber selection to installation best practices, we'll ensure you have everything you need to bring your sauna project to life.

Your Sauna Questions Answered

What's included in my sauna package?

We provide a comprehensive materials list tailored to your specific requirements. Typical projects include insulation, vapour barrier, timber framing, wall and ceiling cladding, bench materials, heater, and all necessary accessories. With over 40 sauna specialists on our team, we're proud to be the UK's only official "Sauna from Finland" certified retailer, ensuring authentic Finnish quality in every project.

Can I specify my bench layout?

Absolutely. You can either describe your desired layout or receive expert guidance from one of our sauna specialists. Most standard and classic layouts (our most popular configurations) are straightforward to construct and won't require additional fees. More complex custom layouts may require detailed technical drawings with associated fees. Please note that certain layouts have safety-related bench placement requirements which we'll advise on during your consultation.

Can I have custom LED lighting?

Yes, we offer an extensive range of LED lighting from leading manufacturers including SAAS, Ledify, and others. Lighting transforms your sauna experience, and you can select your preferred colour temperature, format (spotlights or LED strips), and dimmable options to create the perfect ambiance.

Can I choose which heater to include?

Absolutely. We're proudly the only authorised UK stockist of HUUM heaters, alongside a carefully curated selection of premium brands. We stock both electric and wood-fired options to suit your preferences, space, and installation requirements. Our team can recommend the ideal heater size and type for your specific sauna dimensions.

Can I control my sauna via WiFi?

In most cases, yes. WiFi compatibility is easily achievable with our range of advanced sauna controllers, allowing you to pre-heat your sauna remotely via smartphone. You'll have complete control over temperature settings from anywhere in your home.

Do you offer installation?

We do not offer installation services on materials-only supply projects. You would need to arrange your own experienced joinery contractor to install the sauna using our comprehensive instructions and technical drawings. However, we do offer full turnkey installation on our fully bespoke sauna projects, available on a price-on-application basis.
