Mix three to six drops of the concentrated scent into a ladle of water and pour it over the hot stones; the steam carries the aroma evenly through the sauna. Using the scents
Shake well before use. Mix 3–6 drops of the concentrate into a ladle of water and pour it over the hot sauna stones. Rinse the ladle after use, and avoid leaving the bottles inside a hot sauna.
