Our Couples Sauna Bundle sets two people up for a shared session, from the first ladle of water to the cooling down afterwards. Two Luhta Aalto sauna robes (one size) in grey, made from GOTS-certified organic cotton with a soft terry surface, are paired with two matching Aalto bench covers that keep the seats comfortable and the timber clean. Two hand-tied linden whisks (vihta) bring the gentle, sweet-scented tradition of whisking to the bench, Luhta's Tupa sauna oil drops add a note of pine and resin to the löyly, and a jar of Emendo's relaxing lavender and orange sauna honey finishes the session with nourished skin. Please note the whisks are an end-of-line clearance item, perfectly suitable for use though not quite as fresh as our regular range.

Using the bundle
Lay the bench covers along the bench before you begin. Soak the whisks first in cold water for 30 minutes, then in warm water for a further five, and once your skin has warmed through, whisk each other gently, dipping the whisk into cold water for cool, refreshing relief. Add a few of the Tupa drops to your bucket of water (the oil is concentrated and must always be diluted), then ladle over the hot stones. After the sauna, massage the honey into warm, clean skin, then wrap up in the robes as you cool down. A whisk is good for one or two uses before composting.
