Attractive wooden sand timer with wall-mountable rotating bracket. This sand timer is designed for practicality. Crafted from natural wood, the turnable hourglass features a printed minute scale and a a glass filled with natural sand. 

The sand timer includes a wall-mounting bracket that allows it to be securely fixed to the wall while still enabling smooth rotation. A wooden crossbar keeps the glass cylinder secure, while the soft rounded corners ensure a polished look.

Please note: Due to the natural properties of sand, occasional interruptions may occur in the operation. This is a common characteristic shared across all sand timers. It can happen due to keystone bridging where grains of sand momentarily form a self-supporting structure above the outlet, pausing the flow. Thermal expansion due to exposure to high temperatures, particularly when placed too close to a sauna heater in an already hot environment, can cause the sand to expand slightly and become more prone to sticking. 

You can minimise the above with the following:

• Mount the sand timer lower on the wall, away from the sauna heater. 
• If the sand stops flowing, gently tap the timer to dislodge any temporary blockage. This is typically enough to restore the smooth flow of sand.
