Menthol Crystals - Sauna Cold & Flu Relief

Menthol Crystals (Laevomen­tholum - 30g) 

A unique sauna experience for breathing: the essential oils contained in the menthol will free the respiratory tract and give you a refreshingly invigorating sauna session. 

Made from 100% natural mint. The menthol crystals are made from 100% natural Japanese peppermint oil and owe their intensely fresh mint scent due to their origin and gentle freeze-drying processing. 

Their application is easy, simply use some in your sauna ladle for infusion, in an evaporator bowl, or dry on the hot sauna stones. The menthol crystals will unfold their soothing effect and depending on the application and size of your sauna, 1-3 ice crystals per infusion are more than sufficient for an optimal wellness experience (estimated on a 4m^2 sauna size). This provides 30 grams of menthol crystals for up to 30 relaxing sauna session.

Please be aware that the molten crystals in your infusion ladle are applied onto hot stones and do not get in direct contact with your heating elements.
