The Helo Vienna electric sauna heater is a stylish choice for a modern home sauna. This wall mounted electric heater frees up space in your sauna, whilst being versatile and easy to use. The secret of the popularity of this electric sauna heater is the innovative features. It is an ideal electric heater choice for small and medium sized saunas between up to 12m3. 

Control: Vienna STS- model has integrated controls, and a timer in the 9-hour pre-selection range. 

The Vienna electric heater has a stone capacity of 12-20kg, offering a pleasant steam experience in smaller saunas. The stone spaces are adjustable to two different levels; either for 12kg or 20kg. A smaller amount of stones will heat up the sauna faster, whilst a larger number of stones produces a soft, enjoyable steam experience.

This heater must be installed by a qualified electrician and can be easily installed on both single phase 240V and three phase 400V power supplies.

Correct connection of your Helo electrical sauna heater in the UK:

*Installation and maintenance must be done by a certified electrician

*Electricity supply must be isolated and/or switched off from the fuse panel prior to any installation or servicing work

*In accordance with European standard IEC 60364-7-703 part 703.412.5 an electrical sauna heater does not have to be connected through a Residual Current Device (RCD). This is also in accordance with BS7671:2018 part 703.411.3.3.

*For reliable operation, Helo strongly recommends that the power supply should not be connected through a Residual Current Device (RCD)

*Other electrical devices in a sauna room should be connected through a Residual Current Device (RCD)

*The power supply cable must comply with BS7671:2018

*We always recommend a local point of isolation that isolates ALL LIVE CONDUCTORS (live and neutral)

*The instruction manual of the product and local electrical regulations must be followed
